I really enjoyed the event a lot! It brings me the new thought about the nutrition and how to live healthier after this two-day program. It’s really a great arrangement and excellent people touch on all the details. I enjoy so much and forgot about all the pressure/task from work. Highly recommend for people who like to get away from any stress/problem. Definitely will join again when time is allowed next time.

The wellness retreat turned out to be even better than what I expected. The instructors, Julie Costerg and Alex Garcia, are absolutely professional, attentive and enthusiastic. Apart from the HIIT workout and yoga sessions, what impressed me most during the 2-day trip are the natural environment of the resort, the delicious yet healthy food, the bonfire under the starry sky, and I was so touched when I see little Yogi (Julie’s pet dog) bouncing on the lawn, chasing a yellow butterfly……I wish I could live a life like this every day!

Just had the opportunity to spend one hell of a weekend with some wonderful strangers! Our yoga and HIIT trainers, Julie and Alex were the best! It was painful sometimes but we got some nice stories to tell. The entire weekend was exactly what I needed to get me out of the daily routine. From swimming with a big duck to vegetable-picking and bonfire cuddles, it was awesome!!

I was in desperate need of a weekend away from the chaos of Shanghai, and this weekend was the perfect escape. The resort was a quiet oasis nestled in the trees surronding a photogenic pond. The rooms were high ceilinged and full of natural light. We ate fresh vegetables, seafood, and fruit by the lake, did fun and challenging HIIT workouts, stretched and pushed ourselves with rejuvenating yoga, and spent the evening listening to music around a roaring bonfire. Best of all, the group was a wonderful mix of friendly and interesting people from all over the world! I arrived back in Shanghai rejuvenated and excited for the next trip.
